Shanghai Cronus machinery Co,.ltd is the subsidiary of Guilin Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. (formerly Guilin Mining Machinery Factory), founded in 1973, is the backbone enterprise of Guangxi machinery industry, the first batch of outstanding scientific and technological enterprises in Guangxi, and one of the two major manufacturers of grinding equipment designated by the former Ministry of Electrical and Mechanical Services. In 2013, the enterprise was restructured from a state-owned enterprise to a private enterprise.
